Staff was friendly
Elevator did not function, breakfast was poor, bathroom was extremely small, the windows were not washed, much too expensive for what they offered

The restaurant was quite good
I did not like the bed as it was way to firm, not what I am used to in the United States.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Beautiful, luxury hotel in lovely grounds with it's own private beach. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The staff are brilliant, very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The food in the hotel is excellent and varied. Would definitely go back again, only later in the season when it is warmer.
The only thing that would've made our stay absolutely perfect would have been the choice of a cooked breakfast, rather than croissants, fruit cereals and sweet cakes.

Value for money. Nice room, clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Hotel is a little bit past its prime, even though certain parts have been renovated (our room/bathroom was new).

Great sunset view, nice beach, helpful staff
Over the weekend, I enjoyed a great sunset view from my room. The beach was also nice and not too crowded. The staff were helpful throughout my stay. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area.
The food was old and stale, and the bedding was uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was also poor, with dirty dishes and off milk.

I had a fantastic time at Grand Hotel Costa Brada in Gallipoli. The private beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters and great facilities. I loved being able to relax on my sun lounger and order refreshing Aperol Spritz right from my seat. The swimming pool was also impressive, spacious and deep enough for a good swim. The hotel's common areas were clean and comfortable, and the garden added to the overall pleasant ambiance. To top it off, the gluten-free pizza at the Trattoria was absolutely succulent.

Position, good restaurant, great seaside , great swimming pool,
Pretty basic rooms, the place is good but the structure is overpriced probably due to lack of enough alternative.

Beautiful luxurious hotel in a magnificent green setting with view over the water towards Gallipoli penninsula. Spacious rooms with all you need, an XXL bed, a great terrace, good and very affordable restaurant, nice breakfast, a private beach that is really worth its fame... all perfect! We also had one of the best massages ever in the Welness...thank you!
For such a hotel, it's almost a shame they make you pay for the use of the indoor pool...

The beachfront location was fantastic, with direct access to the beautiful white sand beach. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
The hotel lacked proper communication regarding the availability of food upon arrival. Furthermore, the lack of dining options for lunch was inconvenient, forcing us to venture outside for meals.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel located right on a gorgeous beach. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea. Plus, the hotel had a big pool and easy bike access to explore the surrounding area.
The spa facilities were a bit dated and could use some updating.

The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and soft sand. The hotel's direct access to the beach made it very convenient for relaxation and swimming. The pool area was also spacious and well-maintained, providing an alternative option for lounging and enjoying the sun. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel could definitely benefit from some updates, as the common areas seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The lack of cozy seating in the bar area created a somewhat cold atmosphere.
